What a "seat" is
A seat is one person using one app. Pay for the people who actually use a tool -- not per click, not per report.
- Pricing is per app: a Standard seat unlocks that Standard app for one person.
- Add people as you need them -- on a team plan, the per-seat rate drops automatically as the count grows.
- Each app has a generous monthly usage limit per seat, pooled across your team. It is set high enough that honest daily use never reaches it -- it is a guardrail against abuse, not a meter you watch.
Teams: admin & invites
- A team is built around one app: a company name, an admin, and the members who occupy seats.
- The admin is a free role -- the person who buys and manages does not take up a paid seat.
- Members show up by name in the work -- author, reviewed-by, approved-by, assignee.
